Sidetone: this is a player preference, but you can dial up or down the sidetone (hear yourself speak as you speak in your headphones) by manipulating the overall volume of the headset. I have spent many minutes talking on mute and this will avoid that - not too bright or annoying either (peripherals) Mic has a small red LED that shows when you are on mute. The retractable mic was a big plus for me since I travel with these headsets and I can push it in and get it out of the way.
I like the fabric as opposed to leather - arctis is known for comfort. The headband and ear cups are comfortable through a few days of use. The out of box sound is nice, crisp, and natural. I purchased these from Walmart less than a week ago. As the post said, some review website/youtuber will tell you about the specs and their opinions for 10 mins I will try to hit my highlights quickly.
